Stacey Kubala

Stacey Kubala is the Executive Director of Southwinds, Inc., a private, nonprofit organization that supports adults with developmental disabilities by providing supervised homes in many South Hills communities.

Stacey has been employed in various management and administrative positions in Southwinds since 1984, and has held her current position of Executive Director for the past fourteen years. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development, and a Master of Science degree in Social Work Administration, both from the University of Pittsburgh.

Stacey is a member of the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and The Provider Alliance, and serves as Vice-President/Secretary of the South Hills Chamber of Commerce. She resides in California, PA with her husband and three sons.
