Twila K Green

Twila is an Assistant Vice President for First Commonwealth Bank, manager of the Mt Lebanon Office.  Twila has over 30 years experience in banking who specializes in assisting financial and retail organizations in developing and maintaining excellent customer service, while attaining more profitable customer relationships.

Twila is the Customer Service/Sales writer for the largest publisher in banking.  She is the author of Bankwide Sales Training Program: Building Customer-Focused Relationships. 

Twila has been employed or done consulting for twelve of the Northwestern Pennsylvania banks.  Also,she enjoyed the positions of Senior Director of the Training Department and the Customer Service Call Center at GNC (General Nutrition Center).

Twila resides in Mt Lebanon.
