This is completely entry level! No experts are expected. We are here to learn and to be exposed to some tactics and tools to kick off the new year and help us with good health.

It’s All Good! Begin the new year with confidence! In this brief session, you will get the full No Limits Experience. Learn the basics of kickboxing: how to build your strength, increase cardiovascular health, and lose weight. In addition, learn key tactics in personal safety and self-defense.

Master Tavani of No Limits Martial Arts will teach us theory and some basics.

After we learn, we will enjoy food and drink from Central/South America: empanadas and plantains, a selection of Mexican desserts, and
rgentinian wines.
